These gantry cranes are designed for loading, unloading, and handling operations in open-air warehouses, stockyards, railway freight terminals, and port terminal cargo areas.

Hook-type gantry cranes can also be fitted with various specialized lifting attachments (lifting magnets, grabs) for specific applications.

The specifications of a double girder gantry crane are defined by its lifting capacity, span, and lifting height. Lifting capacity: 20T, 32T, 50T, 60T, 70T, 80T, 90T, 100T, 120T, 200T, 300T, with a maximum of 600 tons. Span: 7M, 8M, 9M, 10M, 12M, 15M, 16M, 17M, 19M, 20M, 21M, 22M, 33M, with a maximum of 50 meters. Lifting height can be designed according to actual application requirements. The above figures represent common parameters; custom design and manufacturing are available based on customer technical specifications.

Performance Features

The double girder gantry crane operates on ground rails. Work duty classifications include A5, A6, A7, and A8. The standard working environment ranges from -25°C to +40°C, with an average temperature over any 24-hour period not exceeding +35°C. These cranes are not suitable for use in flammable or explosive atmospheres, high-humidity environments, or areas with corrosive gases. They are also not intended for handling molten metal or operating in toxic environments. Operation modes include cabin operation and radio remote control operation (wireless, multi-speed joystick). Weatherproofing equipment can be provided upon request. Power supply options include cable reel and conductor rail systems.
