Our team of senior mechanical design engineers is proficient in 3D/2D design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, and can deliver a complete set of technical drawings—including the GA Drawing, foundation drawing, and electrical schematic—tailored to your specific operating conditions.
From incoming raw material re-inspection to cutting dimension verification, welding flaw detection, assembly and commissioning, and full-load test runs, every step is governed by dedicated quality checkpoints. Before shipment, each unit undergoes a 1.25x dynamic load test and a 1.1x static load test, with inspection reports issued accordingly.
Our in-house standardized factory buildings and processing equipment ensure ample stock of main girder plates. Single girder cranes in standard models are delivered within 15–20 days, while custom-built units take 30–45 days.
