With a seasoned team of mechanical design engineers proficient in 3D/2D design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, we can provide a complete set of technical drawings, including overall assembly drawings, foundation drawings, and electrical schematics, based on customer operating conditions.
From raw material inspection upon arrival → cutting size verification → welding flaw detection → assembly and debugging → full load test run, with quality inspection nodes set at each process. Before leaving the factory, each unit undergoes a 1.25x dynamic load test and a 1.1x static load test, and a test report is issued.
We have standardized workshops and processing equipment, and ample stock of main beam materials. Standard single-girder cranes are delivered in 15-20 days, and non-standard customized products are delivered in 30-45 days. Each order is assigned a dedicated person to monitor production progress and report to the client regularly.

The crane integrates with equipment such as AGVs, RGVs, conveyor lines, and automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) to achieve automatic material circulation. It supports integration with host computers/ERP systems, automatically records lifting times, operating durations, and load data, generates equipment operation reports, and assists in factory digital upgrades.
