After-Sales Service Case Studies

Real-Life Service Cases: A Testimony to Our Professionalism and Commitment

🚨

Emergency Repair Case Studies

Scene:At a certain steel company, the main hoisting motor of a Q=50t bridge crane was making unusual noises and was unable to hoist loads normally, putting the production line at risk of a shutdown.

Process:Within 30 minutes of receiving the service request, a remote diagnosis identified the problem as a damaged motor bearing; within 2 hours, we arrived on-site with replacement parts; and within 4 hours, we completed the motor replacement, performed commissioning, and restored operation.

“It took less than six hours from the time we reported the problem by phone to the resumption of normal production—we’re very pleased with that speed! The engineers were professional, responsible, and trustworthy.”

— Manager Li, Equipment Department, a steel company in Hebei

🔍

Case Studies on Regular Inspections

Scene:Several gantry cranes at a shipyard have been in service for more than five years; preventive maintenance inspections are being conducted to identify potential hazards.

Process:In accordance with the quarterly inspection schedule, the engineering team conducted a comprehensive inspection of six cranes, including measurements of rail wear, non-destructive testing of welds, electrical insulation testing, and adjustment of brake clearances. Three critical potential hazards were identified and eliminated in advance.

“Regular inspections helped us avoid a potential major overhaul shutdown. By addressing issues early on, we saved time and money and gained peace of mind.”

— Manager Wang, Equipment Management Department, a shipyard in Guangdong

📱

Remote Guidance Case Studies

Scene:Operators at a machinery factory in Jiangsu reported that a newly delivered double-girder overhead crane was exhibiting abnormal vibrations during operation, and the customer’s engineers were unable to determine the cause on their own.

Process:Through remote video guidance, we assisted the customer’s engineers in inspecting track parallelism, wheel tread wear, and variable frequency drive parameters. We confirmed that the issue was caused by track installation misalignment and guided the customer through on-site adjustments, after which normal operation was restored.

“The remote guidance was very clear and efficient; it solved the problem without having to wait for an engineer to arrive, saving us a lot of time.”

— Engineer Zhang, Production Manager at a machinery factory in Jiangsu
