The standard customization cycle for non-standard cranes is typically 30-60 working days, depending on lifting capacity, structural complexity, and customization requirements. Standard small-tonnage products can be delivered in as little as 20-25 working days. For rush orders, please contact our customer service to coordinate the production schedule.

Generally, an engineer will be assigned within 1-3 working days of receiving your requirements, and a preliminary technical solution and quotation will be provided within 5-7 working days. For complex projects, an on-site survey can be scheduled for direct discussion. We guarantee a response to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Absolutely. Our company holds a special equipment manufacturing license. All non-standard products are designed and manufactured in strict compliance with national standards (GB/T 3811 Crane Design Standard, GB/T 14405, etc.). We provide type test reports and supervision inspection certificates to ensure full legal compliance and smooth acceptance.

Yes. We provide a complete set of technical documentation, including general assembly drawings, foundation load drawings, electrical schematics, parts lists, and operation & maintenance manuals. Drawings are available in both PDF and DWG formats for easy archiving and future maintenance reference.

The full machine warranty period is 12 months (from the date of acceptance), with major structural components (main girder, end carriage, etc.) warranted for 24 months. During the warranty period, non-artificial damage is repaired or replaced free of charge, and lifetime technical support is provided. After the warranty period, only cost-price charges apply.

The standard payment schedule is: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 40% progress payment after drawing approval, 25% payment before shipment, and the remaining 5% as warranty deposit to be settled after acceptance. We support T/T wire transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C), and other methods — all negotiable.
