Product Features
Three Drive Options: Manual (lowest budget, ideal for occasional lifting), Semi-electric (electric Hoisting / Lifting + manual Rotation, best value), and Full electric (maximum efficiency for frequent lifting) — configured to your needs.
Cost-Effective ≤270° Slewing: Compared to 360° designs, the simplified mechanical structure cuts costs by 10–20% — ideal for wall-mounted workstations where efficiency is maintained at a lower price.
JPK Chain Hoist: Pairs with the JPK Chain Electric Hoist, offering optional Two speed hoisting with pendant control for frequent, short-distance lifting.
KBK Rail System: Low rolling resistance for effortless manual slewing, economically covering 0.3–2t loads.
Flexible Customization: Lifting Capacity, working radius, and Lifting Height can all be tailored to your workstation.
Simple Structure, Easy Maintenance: One-year warranty, interchangeable parts, and low upkeep costs.
Working Principle
The KBK Pillar Jib Crane operates as follows: the Column (round or square) is secured to a concrete foundation via Anchor Bolts. The KBK Rail System, serving as the jib, connects to the column through a Slewing mechanism. The JPK Chain Electric Hoist mounts on the KBK rail and travels horizontally along it. During Hoisting / Lifting, the chain hoist lifts the load vertically; the jib is then rotated manually or electrically to transport the load horizontally to the target position, providing point-to-point lifting coverage within the workstation.
Product Structure
The KBK Pillar Jib Crane consists of the following core components:
Column: Round or square section, fixed to the concrete foundation with Anchor Bolts — the main load-bearing structure.
KBK Rail System: Serves as the jib Main Girder with low rolling resistance for easy operation.
Slewing mechanism: Manual, electric, or semi-electric drive enabling ≤270° jib Rotation.
Hoisting mechanism: JPK Chain Electric Hoist, highly reliable with optional Two speed hoisting.
Electrical Control System: Push-Button Pendant or Wireless Remote Control, including hoist Limit Switch control.
Safety Devices: Hoist Limit Switch, Emergency Stop Button, etc.

Applications
The KBK Pillar Jib Crane is widely used across various industries:
Machine Tool Workstations: Loading/unloading and workpiece handling for machining centers, lathes, milling machines, and similar equipment.
Warehouse: Handling and loading/unloading of light materials.
Assembly Areas: Inter-process material transfer and assembly on production lines.
Factory Workshops: Lifting and transport of components within workshops.
Docks and Storage Yards: Loading/unloading of light cargo.
Selection Guide
KBK0.3 (300kg): Radius 3–4m, manual/electric rotation. Ideal for inter-process lifting of light components. Reference price: ¥6,000–15,000.
KBK0.5–KBK1 (500–1000kg): Radius 3–5m, manual/electric rotation. Suitable for loading/unloading and assembly of medium-weight workpieces. Reference price: ¥10,000–30,000.
KBK2 (2000kg): Radius 3–5m, electric rotation. Designed for lifting heavier parts and equipment maintenance. Reference price: ¥20,000–50,000.
Operating Instructions
Pre-Operation Checks: Inspect the Chain Electric Hoist chain for integrity, verify Limit Switches are functioning, check the Slewing mechanism for Abnormal noise, and ensure Anchor Bolts are not loose.
Startup & Operation: Connect the Power Supply and use the Push-Button Pendant or Wireless Remote Control for Hoisting/Lowering. Rotate the Cantilever manually or electrically as required.
Lifting Operations: Keep the load stable during Lifting, watch for personnel and obstacles around the slewing range, do not exceed a Rotation angle of 270°, and never exceed the rated Lifting Capacity.
Shutdown & Maintenance: Park the hoist in the designated position and disconnect the Power Supply after work. Perform Periodic Inspection of KBK Rail Joints, chain wear and sprocket condition, and Slewing Bearing Lubrication.

FAQ
Q: Which national standards does the KBK Pillar Jib Crane comply with?
A: Design & Manufacturing follows GB/T 3811 Crane Design Standard and JB/T 8906 Jib Crane Standard. Safety devices comply with TSG Q7014 requirements.
Q: What is the difference between a KBK Pillar Jib Crane and a BZD Column cantilever crane?
A: The KBK Pillar Jib Crane uses a KBK Rail System as the Cantilever Main Girder, with a smaller Lifting Capacity (0.3–2t) and Rotation angle ≤270°. The BZD Column cantilever crane uses an I-Beam or box-section structure, offering a larger Lifting Capacity (0.25–10t) and 360° Rotation. KBK is designed for high-frequency light-load Lifting, while BZD suits medium-to-heavy loads requiring full-range coverage.
Q: How much does a KBK Pillar Jib Crane cost?
A: Pricing varies by Lifting Capacity and radius. Small 300kg units range from ¥6,000–15,000; medium 500–1000kg units from ¥10,000–30,000; and large 2-ton units from ¥20,000–50,000. Final pricing depends on non-standard requirements such as radius, Lifting Height, and drive type.
