Composition:
The permanent magnet chuck consists of a powerful magnetic system made of high-performance neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet material. By turning the handle, the direction of the magnetic field lines is altered, enabling the chuck to grasp and release workpieces. The upper part of the chuck is equipped with a lifting eye for hoisting, while the lower part features a V-shaped groove for holding corresponding cylindrical workpieces.
How It Works:
Permanent magnet chucks are manufactured based on the principle of Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. They incorporate high-performance neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets, which generate a powerful magnetic force within the magnetic circuit. By flipping the handle to change the direction of the magnetic field lines, the chuck can be switched between the active and deactivated states. Requiring no external power source, it is a safe, energy-efficient, and high-performance new type of lifting device.
When the suction cup is in operation, the suction surface at its base forms a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles, firmly holding ferromagnetic workpieces in place. A V-shaped groove is provided at the bottom, allowing the magnet to lift both flat workpieces and cylindrical workpieces. Therefore, the magnet has certain requirements regarding the thickness and area of the workpiece.
Directions for Use:
1. Turn the handle of the permanent magnet chuck to the ”ON” position to activate the chuck.
2. Place the bottom of the suction cup flat against the surface of the workpiece to be lifted, ensuring that the contact surface is flat and free of debris.
3. Do not lift the load until you are certain it is securely attached.
4. After hoisting the workpiece into position, place it gently and turn the handle to the ”OFF” position to release the workpiece.
5. Clean the bottom of the suction cup after use and store it in a dry place.
Precautions: The thickness of the panels being lifted must not be less than the minimum thickness specified in the product manual; do not exceed the load capacity; do not lift workpieces with a temperature exceeding 80°C.
