Permanent Magnet Crane Applications:
The Permanent Magnet Lifter is suitable for lifting and hoisting steel plates, iron blocks, and cylindrical ferromagnetic materials, such as machinery components, stamping dies, and various types of steel. Permanent magnet cranes are widely used in the machinery industry, mold manufacturing, warehouse logistics, and other sectors for handling magnetic objects like steel plates and steel ingots. They are also employed for lifting and installing steel, flat machine parts, and various molds, and are ideal for handling steel plates at ambient temperatures in industries such as shipbuilding, engineering machinery, and automotive manufacturing.

Permanent Magnet Crane Operating Instructions:
1. Before lifting, clean the surface of the workpiece to be lifted, removing any scale or burrs. Ideally, align the centerline of the permanent magnet crane with the workpiece's center of gravity. Place the suction cup on the work surface and rotate the handle from the "-" position towards the "+" direction until it reaches the limit pin. Check that the safety wedge on the handle is automatically locked before proceeding with the lift.
2. Overloading is strictly prohibited during lifting. Never allow personnel to pass under the suspended load. The temperature of the workpiece must not exceed 80°C, and the operation must be free from severe vibration or impact.
3. When lifting cylindrical workpieces, ensure the B-shaped groove makes contact with the workpiece along two straight lines. The lifting capacity in this configuration is only 30%-50% of the rated capacity.
4. After completing the lift, press the handle button inward to disengage the safety key from the safety pin. Rotate the handle from the "+" to the "-" direction until it reaches the limit pin, placing the suction cup in the closed position and releasing the workpiece.
