The MH Type Electric Hoist Gantry Crane (also known as MH Type Single Girder Gantry Crane or Hoist Gantry Crane) mainly consists of the gantry frame (main girder, legs, and bottom cross beam), hoisting mechanism, travel mechanism, and electrical control system. It utilizes a CD1/MD1 type electric hoist as the hoisting mechanism, making it the most widely used rail-mounted gantry crane for light to medium lifting capacities. Lifting capacity ranges from 1 to 20 tons, span from 7.5 to 30 meters, and lifting height from 6 to 30 meters. The working environment is -20℃ to +40℃.
The gantry frame is available in two configurations: box girder and truss girder. The box girder offers superior fabrication quality and ease of manufacturing, while the truss girder provides lighter dead weight and better wind resistance. The crane can be customized with a single-end cantilever or without cantilever based on customer requirements. This crane is not suitable for lifting molten metal or flammable/explosive materials.

Working Principle
The electric hoist traverses laterally along the I-beam rail on the main girder (cross travel / trolley travel), while the crane travel mechanism moves longitudinally along the ground crane rail (long travel / bridge travel). The hoisting mechanism lifts and lowers loads through the CD1 type conical rotor motor, which drives the drum wire rope and hook through a three-stage deceleration gearbox. The entire crane is centrally controlled via the electrical control box, allowing independent or simultaneous operation of the hoisting, trolley travel, and bridge travel mechanisms.
