After-Sales Service Case Studies

Real service cases that demonstrate our professionalism and commitment

🚨

Emergency Repair Case

Scenario: A steel company reported abnormal noise from the main hoisting motor on a Q=50t bridge crane, which could no longer lift loads, putting the production line at risk of shutdown.

Resolution: Remote diagnostics within 30 minutes of the service call identified the fault as a motor bearing failure. Engineers arrived on site with spare parts within 2 hours. The motor was replaced, commissioned, and the crane was back in operation within 4 hours.

“From the phone call to full production recovery in under 6 hours — we were extremely impressed! The engineers were professional, responsible, and trustworthy.”

— Mr. Li, Equipment Department, Hebei Steel Company

🔍

Routine Inspection Case

Scenario: A shipyard had multiple gantry cranes in service for over 5 years, requiring preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential hazards.

Resolution: Following the quarterly inspection schedule, our engineering team conducted comprehensive checks on 6 cranes: crane rail wear measurement, weld seam flaw detection, electrical insulation testing, and brake clearance adjustment. Three critical hazards were identified and eliminated before they could cause issues.

“The routine inspections helped us avoid a potential major overhaul and production stoppage. Issues were caught and resolved early — saving us time, money, and worry.”

— Mr. Wang, Equipment Management Department, Guangdong Shipyard

📱

Remote Guidance Case

Scenario: Operators at a machinery factory in Jiangsu reported abnormal vibration in a newly delivered double-girder bridge crane, and their engineers could not determine the cause.

Resolution: Through a video call, our engineers remotely guided the customer’s team to check crane rail parallelism, wheel tread wear, and VFD parameters. The issue was identified as a rail installation deviation, which was corrected on-site under our guidance, restoring normal operation.

“The remote guidance was clear and efficient — we resolved the issue without waiting for an engineer to arrive on site, saving us a significant amount of time.”

— Engineer Zhang, Production Supervisor, Jiangsu Machinery Factory
