The MH Type Box Girder Single-Girder Gantry Crane (also known as the Enclosed Box Single-Girder Gantry Crane or Box Girder Gantry Crane) features a box girder main beam structure that delivers excellent overall rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity. Designed to work with CD1/MD1 electric hoists, it is a medium-to-small rail-mounted crane. With a lifting capacity of 1 to 20 tons, spans from 12 to 30 meters, and a working environment of -20°C to +40°C, it is widely used for loading, unloading, and material handling in open-air sites and warehouses. It is available in both floor-operated and cabin-operated configurations.
Additional variants include the MH Type with top-enclosed/bottom-open design, MHE Type with dual electric hoists, BMH Type with semi-leg structure, and MHY Type for metallurgical high-temperature applications.

Working Principle
The crane bridge travels longitudinally along ground rails, while the electric hoist moves transversely along the main girder. The CD1 Type Conical Rotor Motor drives a three-stage reduction gearbox to raise and lower the hook via the drum wire rope. On power failure, the cone brake automatically applies braking.
