Working Principle
The travel mechanism of the MHhs Type Fully Enclosed Gantry Crane moves longitudinally along the ground crane rail, while the Electric Hoist moves transversely along the lower flange of the I-Beam on the main girder. The Conical Rotor Motor of the CD1 Type Electric Hoist drives the drive drum to wind the Wire Rope, enabling the hook to lift and lower. On power failure, the cone brake automatically applies.
Product Structure
The MHhs Type Fully Enclosed Gantry Crane consists of the following core components:
Box girder: Q355B steel plate welded into a box section, formed by submerged arc automatic welding. The camber of the main girder is controlled in accordance with GB/T 3811 Crane Design Standard.
Box-Section Outriggers: Q235B (≈S235JR) or Q355B (≈S355JR) steel plates welded into a box section, with the bottom welded to a ground beam fixed to the concrete foundation. The overall rigidity is excellent.
Bridge Travel Mechanism: Motor + Gearbox / Reducer + Wheel Block, with adjustable speed. Individually driven to suit crane rail operation.
Electric Hoist: CD1/MD1 Type Wire rope hoist, comprising a Conical Rotor Motor, three-stage Reducer / Gearbox, drum, Wire Rope, and Hook block.
Electrical Control System: Main Circuit Breaker, Contactor, Thermal Overload Relay, Limit Switch. Control voltage is AC 36V safety voltage.

Operating Instructions
Inspection: Verify the crane rail is clear of obstructions, the wire rope is in good condition, and the brake operates properly.
Operation: Perform a trial lift of 200mm to confirm braking. Overloading is strictly prohibited. Operations must stop in strong winds (above Beaufort scale 6).
Shutdown: Raise the hook to the upper limit, then cut off the main power supply. When parked outdoors, engage the rail clamps.
