Product Introduction
The QPK series quick-closing single-point hoist is a hydraulic engineering machine designed for the opening and closing of planar quick-closing emergency gates. Main models range from QPK-50/50-8/13 to QPK-1x1600KN, featuring a single-point winch structure. Working Principle
The QPK series single-point quick-lifting hoist operates on the principle of a winch combined with a speed governor and wire rope. The motor drives the gearbox, which rotates the drum. The drum winds the wire rope, which connects to the gate lifting point through a pulley block, enabling the gate to be raised and lowered. The speed governor, connected to the high-speed end of the reducer, controls the lowering speed of the gate during rapid closure to prevent excessive impact on the sill.
During normal operation, the motor drives the drum via the gearbox to reel in or pay out the wire rope, raising or lowering the gate at a steady speed. For emergency closure, the motor rotates forward to release the brake, and the gate descends rapidly under its own dead weight and water pressure, with the speed governor keeping the lowering speed within a safe range. The brake engages automatically upon power loss, ensuring the gate stops reliably at any position. The manual operating mechanism allows the gearbox to be driven by a hand crank when no power supply is available.
