Compared to conventional single-girder cranes, this design saves approximately 1 meter of floor space—allowing it to be installed even in workshops with lower ceiling heights.

▎Box-type off-track main girder
The main girder features a box-section, off-center track design, with the hoist trolley suspended from its upper edge. Compared to traditional center-suspension structures, the main girder has a lower center of gravity and better lateral stiffness, resulting in significantly reduced sway during operation. The offset track design also provides greater effective hoist height for the hoist—for the same workshop ceiling height, the LDP can lift loads higher than the LD.

▎CD1/MD1 Electric Hoist
The hoisting mechanism comes standard with a CD1 single-speed hoist or an MD1 dual-speed hoist. The dual-speed model allows for slow, precise lowering of the hook when positioning heavy loads, making it suitable for precision operations such as mold installation and equipment alignment. The hoist trolley features a wider wheelbase, resulting in significantly less sway during starts and stops compared to standard single-girder cranes.

▎Electrical Control System
The control circuit operates on a 12V safety voltage, ensuring that the control handle or remote control will not cause an electric shock even if water enters or if they are damaged. The electrical control box is equipped with four sensors: phase loss protection, overcurrent protection, and an overload limiter. An optional variable-frequency drive is available to enable fully stepless speed control throughout the lifting and travel processes.

VI. Scope of Application

The LDP-type offset single-girder crane is widely used in general-purpose applications such as factory workshops, warehouses, and logistics transfer stations. Its offset track design gives it an advantage over the standard LD-type crane in scenarios where overhead space in the facility is limited.
