L-Type Offset Single-Girder Gantry Crane (also known as L-Type Single-Girder Offset Gantry Crane) features a box girder main beam and L-type leg structure, with the electric hoist offset on one side of the main girder. Lifting capacity ranges from 1 to 20 tons, span from 12 to 35 meters, and working environment temperature from -20°C to +40°C. The single-leg offset design is particularly suited for overhead rail hoisting of long structural components (such as steel sections, pipe piles, and bridge components), providing ample clearance beneath the main girder for long materials to pass through.

Working Principle

The box girder main beam is fabricated by welding the top and bottom flange plates and web plates into a closed section, supported by the L-type outriggers. The crane travel mechanism moves longitudinally along the ground crane rail, while the electric hoist traverses laterally on one side of the main girder via the I-beam rail. The CD1 conical rotor motor drives the hoisting mechanism, which through three-stage deceleration rotates the drum wire rope to raise and lower the hook. The offset configuration positions the hoist travel path away from the main girder centerline, providing clearance for long materials during rail transfer.
